In order to be successful at your chosen profession I truly believe you have to love what you do. I honestly love what I do. I know that it is a privilege to be given the opportunity to help someone buy their dream home. From the initial search to the home inspections, appraisals, financing etc. In today's touch market you need an experienced Realtor that is knowledgeable about what programs are available and what will work best for each particular buyer. We are not all the same, we all have different needs and circimstances! Selling a home is no different, you can no longer put a sign in the yard and pray for a buyer. It takes a well implemented marketing plan that works best for your particular property!
